Metal Is the Answer ...

http://www.thisislondon.co.uk/showbiz/article-23411585-details/

----------------------------------------------------------------------------

For any one of you out there who has paid any attention to the latest embarassment that is the Video Music Awards, I have a few poingnant things to say.

First of all, I only found out that they even had a VMA because of my voracious news appetite, having seen the embarassment that is Britney Spears being featured on Drudgereport.com. Like anyone else, I will admit to having a certain morbid curiousity when it comes to watching a mediawhore self-destruct--it's fun!

In any event, it can be seen that this whole VMA business is an extension of the long-running scam that eMpTyVee is playing on the dupes who are afraid of any level of originality and creativity in music. What gives? Talentless dirtbag sluts gyrating, lyp-synching and panting before the masses of asses! This is what the System calls creativity and entertainment these days? Or "rappers" who belch out lyric after lyric glorifying "buddah," in their mouths, crack in their pipes and bitches for their hos?

I don't feel sorry for the likes of Britney Spears in the least. Instead of preparing for her "comeback performance," she went out the night prior to this and partied, drank and "got her crunk on," with .25 Cents and P. Dildo! It made me laugh when I read the Drudge article. It shows me, as it should show anyone, that these System creations are impotent, effeminate and weak in comparison to Metal. They're nothing. There is no talent involved in lip-syching, gyrating, and spewing rap noise. All that is required is a rhythm machine, a big mouth, and boobs to shake or a crotch to grab, respectively. Subhuman.

Yet all the overpaid, underworked "rockstars," (Oh, how I hate that word! Odin, grant me the strength to live to see that word and all it connotes stricken from collective memory!) looked on and played up to the masses of consumer idiots who know no better. Yet another "Video Music Awards," backslap-fest limped on into the mists of memory. To think of it, does eMpTyVee even SHOW videos anymore? As much as "Video killed the radio star," I think eMpTyVee killed the video star, too--and yet they continue with the backslaps and lording it up over the peons.

Metal is the only true artform left these days. Metal picks up where classical artists like Handel, Bach, Beethoven, and Wagner left off. Metal truly pushes the creative envelope, and is lightyears removed from the pap featured on eMpTyVee. Most of all, however, Metal is genuine. It is music created from the depths of the soul, it isn't something created to sell records or push a product--it is the loving creation of men (and a few women) who have something important to say, and say it in an innovative, creative and oftentimes brutal way.

Think about your worst enemy in this world. Envision that person, place or thing in your mind's eye. Then, obtain the song "Womb of Perishableness," by Marduk. Listen closely. It will hone your hatred of that enemy into a gleaming, biting, poisoned edge. The delivery of the vocals is unmatched in sheer brutality and hatred. The marching, thumping rhythm of the bass attack serves to force images of the demise of your enemy in your mind, and the screech and wail of the guitars cover that with a layer of inspiring seriousness and emphasis.

In fact, the whole album by Marduk, entitled "Rom 5:12" is a thoroughly brutal, creative and vicious affair. You can not help but listen to it and be fearful at the power and emphatic approach of this music. It's one of the darkest and most haunting albums I have heard in a long time, even surpassing my (still) alltime favorite band Unleashed in sheer brutality and evil.

Metal serves a function, it has a purpose. That purpose is to create, inspire and lead. All other forms of "music," today are mere shadows of Metals' glory, and can never match the power. Ever.

This truth will hit your enemies like an anvil from Hell. Obtain this release, "Rom 5:12" and the truth will set you free. Think of your enemies as you listen to this release--it will clarify what you must do.
